Process management and document transfer platform for security forces
Challenge
The Ministry needed to digitize process management for retired security force personnel, previously done in person. They also required a system for document transfer and authorization between different agencies with complete traceability and security.
Solution
I developed Mi Caja System: a web platform with API for mobile application that centralizes remote processes and inter-institutional document approval workflows.
